- This privacy policy defines the terms of processing and protection of personal data provided by users who use the services of the internet portal Hotel Mikulášska Chata*** (hereinafter referred to as the portal).

- In order to ensure the security of the provided personal data, ADO proceeds based on internal procedures and instructions, in accordance with relevant legal regulations in the field of personal data protection, especially in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- ADO pays special attention to the protection of the interests of the data subjects, mainly ensuring that personal data are:
a. processed in accordance with legal regulations,
b. collected for defined legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes,
c. factually correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed,
d. stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects, but no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. - ADO obtains data about users and their behavior based on their voluntary provision in forms, for the purpose of:
- providing answers to users' questions sent via the contact form - based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- accepting reservations through the online booking system - based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- providing services by ADO - based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial communications to the email address, if the customer has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the reservation - based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial communications can be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the sent message or by sending an appropriate notification to the ADO’s email address.

The user is also entitled to change this data at any time, request deletion and restriction or cessation of processing. The user is also entitled to request deletion of their personal data from the portal at any time. - ADO reserves the right to make changes to the portal's Privacy Policy due to the development of internet technologies, possible changes in personal data protection laws, and portal development. Any changes will be clearly and understandably notified to the user.
