Hiking
Vrbicke lake: just a few steps from the hotel, a path with educational boards, a natural children's playground and benches.
Bencúr's tower - viewpoint: panoramic views of the Low Tatras, you can continue to the Symbolic cemetery and Ostredok 1167 m.
Educational trail through Three Waters * Brhliská * to Luková: 13km - 4.5h. It is one of the most beautiful nature trails in the Low Tatras.

Cycling
The Jasná center is popular not only for hiking and cable cars, but also for the Bike Park. The park, together with wooden obstacles and landscaping, provides quality conditions and space for professional riders as well as for less experienced riders or vacationers with children, for leisurely rides through nature, beautiful views and a picnic right in the mountains.
The Demänovská valley and the whole of Liptov is a popular place for cyclists who are looking for rugged CYCLING ROUTES
Caves
The underground treasures of Liptov are must-see. You can choose from several that are near the hotel.
Demänovská ice cave and Demänovská liberty cave are located 8 km from the hotel.
The cave of dead bats is one of the largest and most important high-altitude caves in Slovakia towards Ďumbier.
Stanišovská cave is located in Jánská dolina 13 km from Liptovský Mikuláš.
Važecka cave is located in the west of the village of Važec.
Climbing
The limestone climbing area Machnatô in Demänovská Dolina near Lúčky offers climbing for both beginners and experienced climbers.
The difficulty of almost 70 cleared roads is from 3 to 9+.
Another pleasant quiet area is located behind Lipt.Ján in Biela dolinka, it is formed by several rocky limestone gates divided into four sectors.
Ski mountaineering
The region has excellent conditions for this sport. You can choose between the plains of Veľká Fatra, the rocky northern troughs of the Low Tatras or enjoy the sunny, springy, fir slopes in the south of the Western Tatras.
In the Demänovská dolina, the most visited routes are through the Three Waters to the saddle of Poľana, to the top of Chopok via Lukova, to Ďumbier, or the southern side of Chopok.
