Conditions of accommodation with a dog

We are happy to welcome guests with dogs. For the pleasant stay of all guests, please follow the rules below:

Fee and Reservation

• The fee for staying with a dog is 25 € / night / dog. It includes increased cleaning costs and room cleaning after the stay.
• Any damages or extraordinary dirt caused by the dog will be charged separately according to actual costs.
• Staying with a dog must be reported in advance when booking.
• In the Komfort Apartment type, accommodation with a dog is not possible.

Stay Conditions

• The dog must be healthy, clean, and socialized.
• The owner is required to have a valid vaccination certificate or pet passport available.
• The owner must provide their own bed, bowls, and food.
• The dog must not use the hotel bed linen, towels, or bathrobes.
• The dog cannot be left alone in the room for a long time.
• The owner is responsible for the dog’s behavior, any damages, and maintaining cleanliness in the premises.

Common Areas and Dining

• In common areas and on the premises, the dog must always be on a leash and under the owner’s supervision.
• Entry with a dog into the main restaurant and wellness areas is not allowed.
• Guests can dine with their dog in the lounge, subject to availability and agreement with the staff.
• During dining, the dog must be calm and must not disturb other guests.
