To confirm this reservation, 50% payment of the price of the stay is required. In case of cancellation of the reservation 7 days or less before arrival, its modification, or failure to show up on the day of arrival, the prepaid amount cannot be refunded - a 50% cancellation fee of the accommodation price, ordered, and confirmed services. In the event of cancellation of the stay in accordance with the valid cancellation policy, the deposit shall be refunded to the client within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation notice. Any fees associated with the refund of the payment, including transaction fees and fees charged by payment service providers or card companies, shall be deducted from the refunded amount. If your reservation is made less than 5 days before arrival, please choose online payment. If the payment by transfer is not made within 24 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel it.
